It is an act of self-love to ensure that you go through life being able to communicate.

If your tired and can’t show up for people how they expect you to let them know.

Going through a tough period and need some to reflect? Let people know.

If you’ve simply had a busy day and would like some time to decompress before socialising with family, be sure to speak up.

Most people are understanding and will appreciate your ability to express yourself. Ultimately, you’ll feel lighter, less stressed and enjoy your relationships far more when mean what you say and say what you mean.
